Switching Hair Stylist/Sorry Tina

For almost 2yrs I have been going to the same stylist but after today I had to make the hard choice to stop going to her. Just to be clear I do understand that she is running her own business. I do understand that when it gets busy I do have to wait. I do understand that I am not her only client. I do understand that I can just put in an appointment and this would not be a problem. I do understand that I may be blowing this out of proportion. But within these past few months she has turned me away in some way 4 times. I'm sorry but I am one of her good customers who does tip her EVERYTIME 70%. SEVENTY PERCENT! I let the first two times go and understood. The third time though? I was irritated. Today? After waking up early to get to her when I assumed would be least busy for her she tells me that she's busy and to come back in an hour and a half. No! I am NOT a morning person and prefer sleeping in on my day off(which I've always talked about every time I went to get a cut) and I've made the effort to come 30mins into the opening of her business and I AM NOT going to go BACK home and then sit there thinking about how I wasted some time to sleep. Honestly this is the way I am....if I make an effort for someone or something I do expect to see appreciation and a return effort that I matter. And I always try to keep going with that effort...till I start getting dumped or dumped on quite often. And frankly I've had enough of that in my life and I have almost no patience for it. Soooo instead, I left and researched for a nearby, well reviewed hair salon and I found "Yen's." Only 5mins away from where I live and WOW....a better job on my hair and they made me stay even though I waited for 30mins. They WANTED my business, and the owner of the salon herself cut my hair and damn I love the cut. So unfortunately I must say adieu to you Tina. I am sorry that it has to be like this, and we have had great conversations but....hey, I was still your customer and this is business.
